We’re so thrilled you’re joining us for this once-in-a-lifetime experience in the breathtaking Dolomites! Below are a few important details to ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels supported and clear.

Payment & Deposit Policy

  • A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on the retreat.

  • While the deposit cannot be refunded, it may be transferred to another participant or applied toward a future retreat if you are unable to attend (with at least 30 days’ notice before departure).

  • Remaining balance is due August 30th, 2025 unless a payment plan has been arranged.

Cancellations & Transfers

  • If you cancel your participation:

    • More than 60 days before departure: your deposit is nonrefundable, but transferable.

    • Less than 60 days before departure: we cannot offer refunds due to commitments with our partners in Italy.

    • If you find someone to take your place, we’re happy to transfer your spot with written notice and approval.

Travel & Insurance

  • Airfare and travel insurance are not included.

  • We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations, trip interruptions, and medical emergencies.

  • You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the retreat location unless otherwise noted.
